Snatched a picture of these sock warmers. These have deer corn inside a men's sock - sewn shut of course. Then serged flannel covers with ribbons sewed to them so they can be taken off and washed. The are like the "rice socks" you put in the microwave and heat up and put on the soar muscles. The deer corn takes longer to heat up but stays warmer longer. I received one as a gift two years ago and just love it. These are not as full as I probably could have done but was afraid to get too full as they can be hard to put into the microwave and I wondered if the corn might expand over time.
Just in case you can't read the words "Cold feet, warm heart".
