Birthday Card

This was a card I made a friend of mine. Let me explain. She is a librarian, a former member of Beta Sigma Phi and their flower is the Yellow Rose (also appropriate for Texas). I stole the book off the internet and printed it out in various sizes, like 1/16 inch difference, about 3 layers. Then roughed up the edges distressed them. Stamped the rose and word "friend" and little image and then color using coloring pencils. The background paper is like an antique yellow rose wallpaper image. Yellow ribbon to look like a book mark. I would recommend that the pages be layered using pop dots - didn't thing of that.
